Donovan has worked with the Small Business Development Centers since 2003. He is the Business Development Director for the Fargo, ND Region and is a consultant with the Dakota Manufacturing Extension Partnership. Donovan's area covers the four Southeastern most counties in North Dakota.
Donovan has a Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota with major in finance. He also has earned a Masters Degree from the University of Mary's Masters of Business Administration program.
Donovan's areas of expertise include Business Planning, Business Finance, Financial Projections, Business Valuation, Grant Writing, Government Procurement & Issues in Real Estate.
