The "Venture Launch Weekend" is an intensive two day program that immerses potential entrepreneurs in the business start-up process. Training participants are limited to around 20 people to ensure a collaborative effort that is anything but a classroom style approach. The goal of the training is to fully prepare attendees to launch actual businesses and is targeted at:
- Those who have always dreamed of starting their own business.
- Anyone who has considered self-employment or full commission independent office professions .
- The recently unemployed who would like to use their skills and ideas to earn an income full or part time.
Venture Launch Weekend covers the following:
- Friday Evening - Exploring Your Ideas, Market Research, Business Planning,
- Saturday Morning - Marketing Techniques and Building an Operations Plan
- Saturday Afternoon - Business Registration, Financing, Financial Projections, and Final Q&A.
