SBA / SBDC
U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), University of North Dakota, the State of North Dakota, and a variety of other funding sources. A partnership program of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
This Cooperative Agreement (3-603001-Z-0036-14) is partially funded by U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA's funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions, or services. All SBA funded programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is a federal agency that was created by Congress in 1953 to assist, counsel, and champion the millions of American small businesses. The SBA project officer (michael.gallagher@sba.gov) is responsible for monitoring the ongoing operation of the North Dakota SBDC program.

North Dakota Department of Economic Development & Finance (ED & F)
The North Dakota Department of Economic Development & Finance (ED & F) is part of the North Dakota Commerce Department. ED & F is responsible for providing leadership to support economic growth and diversity in North Dakota and by providing funding and quality services targeted at the creation of new wealth in the state. They also offer several equity funding programs for primary sector businesses that are not able to access capital through conventional sources.

Dakota Certified Development Corporation (DCDC)
The Dakota Certified Development Corporation (DCDC) is an organization with a state-wide mission to provide affordable funding to small businesses. The DCDC has been working with the SBA's 504 Loan program since 1983. Additional programs have been offered by adding Rural Development's IRP loan program, SBA's MicroLoan program, and application assistance for SBA 7(a) loans and Rural Development's B&I loan program.
